termini 🍸

All my loyal readers may remember the centrale cocktail that I wrote about a few weeks ago. It actually started with this one that didn’t have a name at the time. Now I call it Termini and it is the alcohol heavy cousin of centrale.

Ingredients:

3 parts bourbon
2 parts cointreau
1 part coffee liqueur

How to do it:

put a big ice block in a martini glass
pour the ingredients on to the ice
mix gently with a spoon

And termini - of course - is the main train station of Roma so it is a kind of centrale. And ther you go!
